Jillian Michaels is too my Friend!
Yesterday someone asked me, "I want to know what you're doing to get so skinny."

Did you hear me?? Yesterday. Someone asked me, "I want to know what you're doing to get so skinny."
Woo- Hoo!!!! I hesitate putting that out here on the blog because when you see me next you'll probably think, "She doesn't look skinny." But the point is, someone really did ask me that!!
Today is Day 11 with Jillian. This is the honest truth - I have NOT stepped on the scale! I'm too scared to. I'm working my tail off (literally, hopefully) and if I stepped on that scale and it hadn't changed, then I'd start crying! I did wear a pair of jeans on Wednesday that I have never worn. They felt tight, but I wore them anyway. I could button and zip them and, I mean, really, that's all that matters. I met two friends for coffee that morning and I told them to tell me if I needed to go home and put on something different. They said I didn't, so I went with it.
So...if you're looking for a quick (but definitely not easy) workout with fast results, you have to check out Jillian Michael's "Thirty Day Shred." She's awesome!
And oh yeah - I'm still on Level 1 but my plan is to move to Level 2 tomorrow. Wish me luck!

I've been in Boot camp for 2 weeks now. I'm not sure the human body is really supposed to do all this stuff.
I am getting it tomorrow...thats awesome!!
